Instructions

  • 1.   Coat the cutlets on both sides with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs.
  • 2.   In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat, then place the cutlets in the skillet. Cook for 1 minute and 30 seconds on each side, depending on the thickness of the cutlets.
