Buckwheat Pancakes

Instructions

  • 1.   In a blender, add the vanilla sugar, egg yolk, yeast, and flours. Gradually add the milk.
    Whisk the egg white until stiff peaks form and fold it into the batter.
  • 2.   Heat a small skillet and lightly grease it. Pour a ladleful of batter. Cook for 4 minutes on one side and 1 minute on the other.

  • 30 g of buckwheat flour
  • 20 g of rice flour
  • 1.25 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
