Instructions

  • 1.   In the robot equipped with the kneading/chopping blade, put the milk, eggs, sugar, and salt. Mix at speed 10 for 30 seconds. Gradually add the yeast and flour through the lid opening, still at speed 10.
  • 2.   Heat a lightly oiled pan over high heat, pour small amounts of batter and cook the pancakes for 5 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking.
  • 3.   Repeat the process until the batter is used up.

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can serve these pancakes for breakfast with fresh fruits.
