Instructions

  • 1.   In the food processor fitted with the blender attachment, add the milk, 1 and 2/3 cups of water, and the oatmeal. Cook at 176°F on speed 4 for 10 minutes.
  • 2.   Add the honey, cinnamon, apricots cut into small pieces, and crushed hazelnuts. Mix on speed 6 for 1 minute.
  • 3.   Serve in bowls.

Notes & Suggestions

  • This dish is best enjoyed warm for breakfast.
