1. Whisk 2 eggs with 100 g of sugar
2. Add vanilla sugar, rum, liquid cream, flour, and baking powder
3. Pour the batter into a mold
4. Preheat the oven to 210 degrees
5. Place the sliced bananas on top of the batter
6. In a saucepan, whisk 2 eggs with 50 g of sugar, butter, and coconut powder
7. Cover with this mixture
8. Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes
