COCONUT BANANA MOLTEN CAKE

Instructions

  • 1.   Whisk 2 eggs with 100 g of sugar
  • 2.   Add vanilla sugar, rum, liquid cream, flour, and baking powder
  • 3.   Pour the batter into a mold
  • 4.   Preheat the oven to 210 degrees
  • 5.   Place the sliced bananas on top of the batter
  • 6.   In a saucepan, whisk 2 eggs with 50 g of sugar, butter, and coconut powder
  • 7.   Cover with this mixture
  • 8.   Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes
