Instructions

  • 1.   To melt chocolate. Meanwhile separate the whites from the yellows.
  • 2.   Once the chocolate is melted add the egg yolks
  • 3.   Beat the eggs in the snow and add a pinch of salt, until it is firm (check by inverting the salad bowl, if they are firm enough they will not fall)
  • 4.   Gently stir in the chocolate whites
  • 5.   Pour in individual containers or in a large bowl.
  • 6.   Allow at least 2 hours rest in the refrigerator

Notes

  • Possibility of making the same recipe with intense dark chocolate, caramel chocolate
