Instructions

  • 1.   Melt the chocolate. Meanwhile, separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  • 2.   Once the chocolate is melted, add the egg yolks.
  • 3.   Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until they are stiff (check by turning the bowl upside down, if they are firm enough, they won't fall).
  • 4.   Gently fold the egg whites into the chocolate.
  • 5.   Pour into individual containers or a large bowl.
  • 6.   Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can also make the same recipe with intense dark chocolate or caramel chocolate.
