Leek and curry fondue

Instructions

  • 1.   Thoroughly wash the leeks.
  • 2.   Remove three-quarters of the green part.
  • 3.   Cut the leeks in half lengthwise. Cut them into approximately one-centimeter long pieces.
  • 4.   Melt the leeks in a sauté pan with olive oil and a glass of water.
  • 5.   Cover and let cook for half an hour.
  • 6.   When the leeks are melted, increase the heat and let the water evaporate almost completely.
  • 7.   Add the curry, then the heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper and finish cooking while stirring occasionally.

  • 2 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 salt and pepper
