Mozzarella Brick

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the mozzarella in half and place one half on a sheet of brick pastry. Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with curry. Fold the brick pastry into a square. Repeat the process and replace the curry with paprika.
  • 2.   Heat olive oil in a pan and fry both brick pastries on both sides over high heat to sear and brown them initially, then reduce the heat to medium.
  • 3.   Serve with a salad or grated carrots.
