Quick Beef Bourguignon

Instructions

  • 1.   Chop the onions. Peel the garlic. Cut the mushrooms. Cut the carrots into chunks.
  • 2.   In a pressure cooker, brown the meat in oil.
  • 3.   Add the onions, carrots, mushrooms, and sprinkle with flour. Mix and let it brown for a moment.
  • 4.   Pour in enough red wine to cover the meat. Season with salt and pepper. Add the garlic and bouquet garni.
  • 5.   Close the pressure cooker. Cook gently for 60 minutes from the start of the valve rotation.

  • 3 carrots
  • 250 g of button mushroom
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoon of wheat flour
