Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the cauliflower, cut it, and cook it.
  • 2.   Crumble the cauliflower in a dish.
  • 3.   Add the breadcrumbs.
  • 4.   Add the grated cheese.
  • 5.   Add salt.
  • 6.   Add the eggs.
  • 7.   Add chopped chives.
  • 8.   Mix everything together.
  • 9.   Shape the croquettes.
  • 10.   Spread olive oil on the croquettes.
  • 11.   Bake for 15 minutes at 190 degrees.
