Instructions

  • 1.   Mix 125g of melted chocolate with 75g of softened butter.
  • 2.   Add 3 beaten whole eggs with 125g of sugar, and finally, 3 level tablespoons of cornstarch (or cornflour).
  • 3.   Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on your oven. Be careful, the knife should not come out completely clean.
