Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Peel the apples.
  • 2.   Cut the apples into cubes.
  • 3.   In a bowl, mix the flour with the sugar,
  • 4.   and then with the butter.
  • 5.   Rub the mixture with your fingers until it becomes crumbly.
  • 6.   Grease the baking dish, place the sliced apples (or pears) in it, and spread the crumble mixture on top.
  • 7.   Bake for 25 minutes. Serve with custard.

  • 150 g of wheat flour
  • 75 g of butter
  • 120 g of sugar
