Olive & Feta Quiche

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • 2.   Roll out the puff pastry in a pie dish (do not remove the baking paper).
  • 3.   Beat the eggs with the cream and season with salt and pepper.
  • 4.   Pour the diced olives and Feta cheese onto the puff pastry.
  • 5.   Sprinkle the grated cheese over the mixture.
  • 6.   Pour the egg/cream mixture over the filling.
  • 7.   Bake for about half an hour (monitor the cooking process).

  • 1 pure butter puff pastry
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml of heavy cream
  • 200 g of grated cheese
  • 1 glass of green olive
  • 1 slice of feta

    Super tasty, a good mix of flavors. I used soy cream instead of liquid cream which made it a light dish.
