Instructions

  • 1.   Peel potatoes and carrots.
  • 2.   Arrange the vegetables in a saucepan and cover with water.
  • 3.   Cook them for 30 minutes.
  • 4.   Mix the vegetables with the cooking water. If the soup is too thick add a little water. Add the cream, salt, pepper and mix.
  • 5.   Sprinkle with chopped fresh coriander.
