Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the potatoes and carrots.
  • 2.   Place the vegetables in a saucepan and cover them with water.
  • 3.   Cook them for 30 minutes.
  • 4.   Blend the vegetables with the cooking water. If the soup is too thick, add a little water. Add the sour cream, salt, pepper, and mix.
  • 5.   Sprinkle with freshly chopped cilantro.

  • 500 g of frozen carrot
  • 400 g of firm-fleshed potato
  • 1 tablespoon of liquid fresh cream
  • 1 handful of fresh coriander
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
