. Peel the potatoes and carrots.

. Place the vegetables in a saucepan and cover them with water.

. Blend the vegetables with the cooking water. If the soup is too thick, add a little water. Add the sour cream, salt, pepper, and mix.

. Sprinkle with freshly chopped cilantro.
