Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the stem of the cauliflower
  • 2.   Separate the florets
  • 3.   Fill a pressure cooker with water and add salt
  • 4.   Place the cauliflower in the steamer basket in the high position and add salt
  • 5.   Once cooked, transfer to an ovenproof dish
    Sprinkle with cheese
  • 6.   Broil until golden brown
    Season with freshly ground pepper before serving
