Instructions

  • 1.   1 Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces. Put them in the bowl of a blender.
  • 2.   Add the red fruits (e.g. raspberries, blueberries, strawberries), yogurt, and milk, and blend until smooth and frothy.
  • 3.   Pour into glasses and serve with a straw.

  • 60 cl of whole milk
