Instructions

  • 1.   Heat the milk in a saucepan until it boils. Meanwhile, break the chocolate into small pieces.
  • 2.   Once the milk is boiling, reduce the heat, add the chocolate and spices to the saucepan, and whisk the mixture until the chocolate is completely melted.
  • 3.   Let the milk simmer for a few moments. Add the heavy cream, whisk again, and... serve!

  • 50 cl of whole milk
  • 30 g of dark chocolate
  • 5 cl of heavy cream
  • 3 sugar cubes
  • 2 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 2 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of freshly ground pepper

    Delicious! I tried it without heavy cream but a skin forms on top. The heavy cream prevents the skin from forming. It doesn't work with thick cream.
