1. Wash the zucchini and cut them into slices, keeping the skin on.
2. Cut and wash the basil into thin strips.
3. In a dish, place a layer of zucchini, then place a sheet of ravioli to cover the surface. Sprinkle with basil. Then alternate zucchini, ravioli, basil until the dish is filled.
4. Preheat the oven to 425°F (or 210°C).
5. On the last sheet of ravioli, do not add basil, but pour the carton of heavy cream.
6. Cover everything with grated gruyère cheese to form a crust.
7. Bake at 350°F (or 180°C) for about 45 minutes.
8. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve.
