Vegetable macédoine with mayonnaise

To vary your summer salads, I propose a delicious vegetable macédoine, made with potatoes, carrots, turnips, and green beans, all mixed with a mayonnaise sauce and garnished with hard-boiled eggs and tomatoes.

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and cut the vegetables into small pieces.
  • 2.   Cook them separately in a pot of boiling water until tender.
  • 3.   Drain them well and let them cool in a salad bowl.
  • 4.   Cook the egg until hard-boiled in another pot at the same time. Drain, peel, and cut it into small pieces. Let it cool in a bowl.
  • 5.   When all the vegetables have cooled, mix them in a container with the egg, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper until you obtain a creamy macédoine.
  • 6.   Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  • 100 g of green bean
  • 4 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
