Instructions

  • 1.   1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   2. In a mixing bowl, combine 150 g of flour, 100 g of sugar, and a packet of baking powder.
  • 3.   3. Add 2 eggs, 100 ml of vegetable oil, and the juice of 2 lemons. Mix until you get a smooth batter.
  • 4.   4. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  • 5.   5. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Check for doneness with a knife.
  • 6.   6. Allow to cool before unmolding and serving.
