1. Recipe for 7 large jars or 8 to 9 small ones (like La Laitière):
➡️ Pour the yogurt into a bowl and mix well with a whisk, then add the powdered milk, mix well, then gradually add the semi-skimmed milk while mixing well as you go.
Whisk everything together for 2/3 min
2. ➡️ Pour the mixture into empty glass jars and place them in the yogurt maker without their lids
3. ➡️ Close the yogurt maker and set it for 11 hours, covering it with a cloth. Do not touch or move it during the 11 hours
4. ➡️ At the end of the program, let the yogurts cool/warm slightly (about 1 hour in the yogurt maker or 1 hour if taken out but with the lids on)
5. ➡️ Close the yogurts with the lids and place them in the fridge
6. ➡️ Enjoy when they are nice and cold, ideally after 24 hours (they become firmer)
7. ➡️ Consume within about a week
