Buckwheat Blueberry Muffins

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 375°F.
    Grease the molds (not if they are paper).
    In a bowl with a mixer, cream the softened butter with the brown sugar until the mixture is light and pale yellow.
    Break the egg into a mixing bowl and gradually incorporate the butter-brown sugar mixture in three parts.
    Sift the flour with the baking powder. Add one third to the previous mixture, then one third of the milk, and wait until the mixture is fully combined before adding the next third, and so on.
    Gently fold in the blueberries.
    Pour into the muffin molds and place in the oven.
    Reduce the temperature to 340°F and bake for 20 minutes.
