Instructions

  • 1.   In a large pot of water, cook the split peas for 20 minutes.

    Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • 2.   Mix the mustard and vinegar.

    Add the yogurt, mix well.

    Drizzle in the oil.
  • 3.   In a salad bowl, mix the split peas with the vinaigrette and enjoy immediately.

  • ½ teaspoon of mustard
  • 2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 onion
