Leek Tabouleh

Instructions

  • 1.   Pour the couscous into a large bowl, add the butter.

    Pour hot water over it and cover with plastic wrap.

    Let it swell for 5 minutes.

    Sauté the leeks in a skillet over medium heat with olive oil for 5 minutes.
  • 2.   Remove the plastic wrap and fluff with a fork.

    Add the leek, tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.

    Mix well.

  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 cup of water
  • 3 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 250 g of leek
  • 2 tomatoes (optional)
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
