Instructions

  • 1.   In a pot of salted water, cook the peeled potatoes with sliced carrots for about 25-30 minutes.
  • 2.   Drain the potatoes and carrots, then mash them using a potato masher.

    Add the butter cut into pieces and the heavy cream.
  • 3.   Season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with nutmeg.

    Mix well.
