Zucchini and potato cream soup

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and wash the potatoes
  • 2.   Wash the zucchinis and cut off the stems
  • 3.   Cut the potatoes and zucchinis into small pieces
  • 4.   Put the vegetables in a pot
  • 5.   Add garlic, salt, and pepper
  • 6.   Cover generously with water, mix, and place the pot on medium-high heat
  • 7.   Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to low heat, cook for 30 minutes
  • 8.   Pour the contents of the pot into a blender
  • 9.   Blend and add the cream
  • 10.   Blend again, it's ready!
  • 11.   Enjoy your meal 😋
