Instructions

  • 1.   In a skillet, sauté the bell pepper, onion, and garlic finely diced with oil, then add the spices.
  • 2.   Cook the carrots diced in a pot filled with water.
  • 3.   Fry the potatoes cut into cubes.
  • 4.   In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  • 5.   In another bowl, mix all the vegetables, then pour them into a baking dish.
  • 6.   Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (300°F) for about 30 to 35 minutes.
