Wheat risotto with carrot and red bell pepper 🤤

Instructions

  • 1.   In a saucepan, put: the onion, carrots, and bell pepper diced, thyme, and olive oil.

    Sauté
  • 2.   Add the wheat and sauté for 5 minutes.

    Add the wine and let it evaporate
  • 3.   Add the bouillon cube diluted in water.

    Cook the wheat. Stir occasionally and add water if needed and the wheat is not cooked.
  • 4.   Add the butter and parmesan, stir, and remove from heat.
  • 5.   Enjoy ❤️
