Intense chocolate moist cake

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the butter and chocolate into pieces and melt them in a double boiler.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Break the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a whisk.
  • 3.   Add the sugar and whisk vigorously until the mixture becomes fluffy.

    Gradually fold in the flour and baking powder and mix well to obtain a smooth batter.
  • 4.   Finally, add the melted butter-chocolate mixture.
  • 5.   Pour the batter into a 20 cm (8 inch) high silicone cake pan.
  • 6.   Bake for about 40 minutes.
  • 7.   Allow the cake to cool on a rack before unmolding it.
