Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the spinach in a saucepan with a little water
  • 2.   In a bowl, beat the eggs like an omelette, add the cherry tomatoes cut into pieces, then add the spinach, season with salt and pepper, and add the basil
  • 3.   Pour olive oil into the pan, then pour in the egg mixture and let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes over medium heat
