Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the potatoes thinly using a mandoline and cook them for 15 minutes in boiling water.

    Then, sauté the spinach.
  • 2.   Prepare the béchamel sauce by starting with a roux, mixing butter and flour, then adding milk and whisking until thickened.

    Season to taste.
  • 3.   Begin assembling the gratin with a layer of potatoes, then spinach...

    Finish with the béchamel sauce, grated cheese on top, and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
