Spinach Pancake

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the spinach, cut it into pieces, and cook in a pot of boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain them.
  • 2.   Cut the potatoes into small cubes and fry them in a pan.
  • 3.   Then sauté the spinach with grated garlic, 3 tablespoons of oil, add salt, pepper for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • 4.   In a bowl, mix the eggs, yogurt, milk, salt, and pepper, then add the spinach, potatoes, mix everything well.
  • 5.   Heat a little oil in a pan, then pour the mixture and cook over low heat, flipping to cook both sides.
