Breaded feta Greek salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Whisk the egg in a bowl. Pour some flour into a second container and some breadcrumbs mixed with oregano into a third one.
  • 2.   Roll the feta cubes in the flour, then in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs. Place them in the Air Fryer basket, brush with a little oil, then cook for 8 minutes at 180°C.
  • 3.   Prepare the salad: in a salad bowl, pour the vegetables, olives, and capers. Sprinkle with oregano. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with a generous amount of olive oil.
  • 4.   Mix everything together and serve with the hot crispy feta cubes.

  • 5 tablespoon of flour
  • 3 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 cucumber
  • 15 Greek-style black olives
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 teaspoon of caper
  • 200 g of feta
  • 1 egg
  • 5 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
