Sautéed endives and mushrooms with curry and paprika

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the endives and button mushrooms.
  • 2.   In a sauté pan, sauté the mushrooms in olive oil until they release their water.
    Add the endives, cover, and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  • 3.   Open the sauté pan and sprinkle the spices, salt, and pepper, stir well, then add the cream.
  • 4.   Cover and let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve.

  • ½ teaspoon of curry powder
  • ½ teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 pinch of ginger powder
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
