1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Make a well and place the eggs with a little milk in it. Begin mixing while gradually adding the milk, until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
2. Heat the frying oil to 180°C (356°F).
Prepare a tray lined with paper towels and powdered sugar.
3. Roll out the dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper, to a thickness of 2 mm. Using a pastry wheel, cut it into various shapes (triangles, rectangles, diamonds) according to your preference.
Fry the dough for 2 minutes until golden. Once out of the oil, sprinkle with sugar and drain.
Enjoy warm or cold.
