Creamy Mushroom Pasta

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the mushrooms and cook them in a pan with butter or oil for 5 minutes.
  • 2.   Add the shallot to the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, until the mushrooms turn brown.
  • 3.   Add a teaspoon of flour and mix the mushrooms and shallot with a wooden spoon.
  • 4.   Add the heavy cream and then the milk, and stir for 30 seconds.
  • 5.   Cover and let the mushroom sauce thicken.
  • 6.   Boil water in a pot and cook the desired portion of pasta.
  • 7.   Drain the cooked pasta.
  • 8.   Add salt and pepper to the mushroom sauce and stir for 30 seconds before turning off the heat.
  • 9.   Take a plate, place the pasta, and using a ladle, pour the mushroom sauce over the pasta.
