1. Cut the mushrooms and cook them in a pan with butter or oil for 5 minutes.
2. Add the shallot to the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, until the mushrooms turn brown.
3. Add a teaspoon of flour and mix the mushrooms and shallot with a wooden spoon.
4. Add the heavy cream and then the milk, and stir for 30 seconds.
5. Cover and let the mushroom sauce thicken.
6. Boil water in a pot and cook the desired portion of pasta.
7. Drain the cooked pasta.
8. Add salt and pepper to the mushroom sauce and stir for 30 seconds before turning off the heat.
9. Take a plate, place the pasta, and using a ladle, pour the mushroom sauce over the pasta.
