1. In a mixing bowl, place the flour, butter cut into pieces, and salt.
2. Mix the ingredients by hand.
You will get a sandy dough, which is normal.
3. Add 3 tablespoons of water and mix until you get a dough ball.
If you feel there is not enough water to bind the dough, add the last two tablespoons.
If the dough is too sticky (which can happen), add a little more flour.
4. Once the dough ball is ready, place it on a floured work surface and roll it out with a rolling pin.
5. Place a parchment paper in your pie dish and place your dough in it.
Prick it with a fork and bake it blind in a preheated oven (180°C) for about ten minutes.
6. When it comes out of the oven, fill your pie crust according to your preferences and bake it again.
