Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the butter into small pieces.
  • 2.   In a bowl, add the flour and knead the mixture.
  • 3.   Add cold water and salt to obtain a homogeneous ball.
  • 4.   Wrap the ball of dough in plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for an hour.
  • 5.   When ready to bake the pastry, roll it out on a work surface using a rolling pin.

    Place it in a pie dish and prick the dough with a fork.
