Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the potatoes and other ingredients in a bowl, then spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 25 minutes in the middle of a preheated oven at 200°C.
  • 2.   Remove the baking sheet, spread the cheese over the vegetables, then return to the oven for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and sprinkle with paprika.

  • 300 g of squash
  • 800 g of Roseval potato
  • 200 g of raw red beet
  • 2 red onions
  • 200 g of carrot
  • 200 g of celery root
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 8 slice of raclette cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of flower of salt
  • 1 pinch of sweet paprika
  • 2 sprig of rosemary
  • pepper (according to taste)
