Leeks Pasta

Instructions

  • 1.   Bring water to a boil for cooking the pasta.

    While the water is heating up, chop the leeks finely and sauté them in oil in a small skillet.

    Slice the shallot and add it to the leeks.

    Then add the heavy cream, pepper, and grated nutmeg.
  • 2.   Plunge the pasta into the boiling water.

    Add salt.

    Use 10g of salt for 100g of pasta and 1L of water.

    Cook for one minute less than the time indicated on the package (about 7 minutes).

    Drain the pasta, pour it into the skillet with the sauce, and mix.

    Season and serve.

  • 2 leek white
  • 250 g of pasta
