Brussels sprouts with tomatoes

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the Brussels sprouts, blanch them in a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes.
  • 2.   Peel and slice the onions.

    Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces.
  • 3.   In an oiled skillet, sauté the onions.

    Add the tomatoes.

    Cook for 3 minutes.
  • 4.   Drain the Brussels sprouts and add them to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 5.   Pour in the wine and 20 cl of water.

    Add the honey.

    Let simmer covered, over low heat for 25 minutes. All that's left is to enjoy your Brussels sprouts with tomatoes.
