Carrot and zucchini röstis

I suggest you discover these vegetable röstis, to serve as a side dish with meat or fish or even as a vegetarian main course. Very easy to prepare, you will love them! And it's a great way to get your children to eat vegetables.

Instructions

  • 1.   1. Wash the zucchini. Wash and peel the carrot. Peel the onion.
  • 2.   2. Grate the vegetables, then squeeze them to remove excess water.
  • 3.   3. In a bowl, beat the egg with salt and pepper then add the grated vegetables, cheese and mix.
  • 4.   4. Heat a drizzle of oil in a large skillet. Form piles with a tablespoon and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side over medium heat.
