Instructions

  • 1.   1. Cut the butternut squash and carrots into small cubes. Pour them into an ovenproof dish.
  • 2.   2. Add a drizzle of oil and a few sprigs of thyme, then bake for 1 hour in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F).
  • 3.   3. For the crumble, mix flour, breadcrumbs, and softened butter in a bowl. Crumble by hand to obtain a crumble texture. Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with thyme.
  • 4.   4. Remove the dish from the oven and evenly add the crumble topping.
  • 5.   5. Bake again for 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F).

  • 75 g of wheat flour
  • 25 g of breadcrumbs
  • 50 g of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of dried thyme
