Pumpkin, Chestnut, and Goat Cheese Crumble

The pumpkin, chestnut, and goat cheese crumble is an autumnal delight to share with family. Instructions

  • 1.   1. Wash and cut the pumpkin into cubes and cook it in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes.
  • 2.   2. Drain and pour over the chestnuts, finely chopped onion, minced garlic cloves, rosemary, and salt. Gently mix and pour into a gratin dish.
  • 3.   3. Cut the goat cheese into slices and place it on the squash.
  • 4.   4. In a bowl, pour salt, rosemary, and flour over the softened butter. Mix with your fingertips, crushing the butter and flour.
  • 5.   5. Sprinkle the crumble dough over the cooked pumpkin and bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
  • 6.   6. Enjoy hot!

  • ½ goat cheese logs
  • 120 g of flour
  • 60 g of soft butter
  • 1 stalk of rosemary
