1. Preheat the oven: 240°C (or max!) with the baking sheet inside.
2. Express dough: in a bowl, mix flour + yeast + salt.
Make a well, pour water + oil. Mix for 1 minute with a spoon → soft dough (no need to knead).
3. Roll out: flour the work surface, roll out the dough directly on parchment paper (∅ 30 cm).
Prick with a fork.
4. Top: spread the tomato sauce leaving a 1 cm border.
Sprinkle with mozzarella + toppings.
5. Bake: remove the hot baking sheet, slide the pizza with the paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes → golden crust and bubbly cheese.
6. Serve: immediately, with a drizzle of spicy oil and fresh basil.
