Gratin of mixed vegetables

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   In a bowl, mix the eggs, heavy cream, and grated mimolette cheese.

    Add curry, salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg.
  • 3.   Then add the mixed vegetables.

    Mix well.
  • 4.   Spread the mixture in a buttered dish.
  • 5.   Bake for about 25 minutes.

    Check the doneness with the tip of a knife.

  • 10 cl of sour cream
  • 60 g of mimolette (optional)
  • 2 teaspoon of curry powder
  • 2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
