Instructions

  • 1.   1️⃣ 🌿 Prepare the arugula
    Thoroughly wash the arugula with cold water, then gently squeeze it to maintain its crunchiness. Place it in a large salad bowl.
  • 2.   2️⃣ 🥑 Cut the avocados
    Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and slice the flesh into thick wedges. Lightly drizzle them with lemon juice to prevent oxidation and aid digestion.
    3️⃣ 🍠 Cut the beets
    Cut the cooked beets into cubes or thick wedges for a smooth and gentle texture in the mouth.
    4️⃣ 🧀 Add the fresh cheese
    Cut the fresh cheese into irregular cubes so they distribute evenly without getting crushed during mixing.
    5️⃣ 🌰 Crush the nuts
    Crush the nuts coarsely by hand or with a knife to release their beneficial natural oils for digestion.
