Leek Crumble

Instructions

  • 1.   Slice the leeks into thin rounds and cook them in a sauté pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Let them cook for 5 minutes, then add 4 cl of water. Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a bowl, mix the butter, flour, and breadcrumbs, and crumble the mixture with your fingertips until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  • 3.   Spread the leeks in a gratin dish. Cover with salmon, season with salt and pepper, and top with the crumble mixture. Bake for about 20 minutes.

  • 75 g of breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
