Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and cut the broccoli into florets. Peel, rinse, and cut the potatoes into pieces.

    Cook the vegetables in a pressure cooker for 8 minutes.
  • 2.   Mash the vegetables into a puree, add the milk and mix well.

    Sprinkle with Espelette pepper, salt, and pepper, then stir. Serve hot with a knob of butter.
